As a war refugee who cherishes every new day as a gift and a privilege, I'm committed to balancing commercial projects with purpose-driven work. I'm a third-culture kid and can get by in three languages. I'm skillful at turning dialog into action and passionate about the role culture plays in creating a more equitable and sustainable society.

I co-founded Creative Cabal, an AANHPI-owned, woman-led visual artist advisory and creative agency based in Los Angeles. I also founded frieNDA, an invitation-only, global network of 150 creative thinkers and tinkerers dedicated to sharing ideas and enriching members' and their respective communities' lives.

A pioneer of the adult coloring book trend, I'm the New York Times bestselling author of Outside the Lines: An Artists' Coloring Book for Giant Imaginations, which Vanity Fair declared 2013's 'it' gift. Following this success, I authored Outside the Lines Too: An Inspired and Inventive Coloring Book by Creative Masterminds.

As a senior executive at Entertainment Media Ventures, I worked on the groundbreaking live-action digital 3D feature film "U2 3D," one of the highest-grossing concert films ever. I helped launch MOCAtv, the first dedicated art channel on YouTube's Original Channels, and was an Associate Producer for "Fishing Without Nets," a U.S. Dramatic Directing Award winner at Sundance 2014.

An amateur photographer, my snapshots have been displayed at the Nature Lab at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and the "House & Home" exhibition at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C., and published in "Revisionaries, A Decade of Art in Tokion" and Ryan McGinness's "Installationview."

I serve on the Venice Beach NeueHouse founder committee and the MULTI and ACTION Project boards and volunteer as a Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture grant panelist. I have been a member of numerous arts and culture committees, including the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design, Art for Peace, Change in the Air, The Other Art Fair, and Hammer K.A.M.P.

An outdoor enthusiast with an environmental science degree, I live in an oceanside community with my writer-filmmaker husband, J.P. Bernbach, a humanities-driven daughter, and rescue pets.

Stay feeling. Stay curious. Keep it creative!
